The Clean Marina Program was developed by a partnership that includes the DEP, Marine Industries Association, the Florida Sea Grant Program, and the United States Coast Guard. All 13 Loggerhead Club & Marina branded marinas are currently designated as Clean Marina facilities. In 2006, Loggerhead Club & Marina made a near seven-figure contribution to the Loggerhead MarineLife Center for the construction of a new campus in Juno Beach, Florida.
